One of the oldest tall ships in US service, The Cutter Eagle, is now docked on Sir John Rogerson's Quay and is open for free tours to the public. We got to have a sneak peek at the ship just after it moored at lunchtime today and it's well worth a stroll down the quays to have a nose around... The ship is used as a training vessel for coast guards and currently has a crew of nearly 240 with mainly cadets on board literally learning the ropes; there's over 9km of rigging on board the ship.
