August 6 - 'The Jockey's in discussion' Every year in August, the field at Ballintaggart in Dingle changes into an enormous racetrack filled with horses, jockeys and horse racing enthusiasts from all over Ireland. BTW thanks for all the birthday wishes given to me yesterday
August 5 2011 'Traditional Music in an Irish Bar' Today is my birthday so last night a friend of mine took be to Ballyferritor a small village 12 miles from Dingle to listen to some Irish music. It was amazing there was at one time some 12 musicians playing. This photo does not do justice to the wonderful music that was played last night but at least you will get a small idea what the music was like. August 4 2011 - I was standing across the street when I notice this woman (mother?) attempting to take a photograph of her daughter standing under a Guinness sign. The girl stands out even though the building is a very big one:)
